- Exposure to protein characterization or binding assays is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and execute protocols with precision
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-throughput environment
- Experience with laboratory automation or liquid handling systems is a plus

- Run molecular biology workflows
- Perform PCR, Golden Gate, and Gibson assembly
- Conduct transformation and colony screening
- Execute protein expression in bacterial and mammalian systems
- Purify and quality control proteins
- Perform QC on constructs and proteins
- Conduct gel and capillary electrophoresis
- Perform Sanger sequencing and SDS-PAGE
- Run biophysical and functional characterization assays
- Assess binding kinetics and thermostability
- Develop and optimize new assays
- Prepare reagents and buffers
- Operate automated liquid handling systems
- Support lab automation
- Track samples and inventory
- Maintain consumable supplies
- Document experimental parameters and results
- Ensure reproducibility and data integrity
- Troubleshoot molecular biology workflows
- Optimize protein production processes
- Scale workflows for high throughput
