- Work with motivated scientists on biological therapeutics processes
- Develop an innovative autonomous end-to-end monoclonal antibody platform
- Integrate perfusion cell culture with continuous downstream processing
- Establish a rapid, high-throughput material generation system
- Accelerate timelines and reduce manual intervention in production
- Automate affinity capture chromatography using Protein A columns
- Perform automated low-pH viral inactivation for safety
- Conduct depth filtration for particle removal
- Design and execute experiments to characterize unit operations
- Optimize integration of unit operations into a continuous workflow
- Demonstrate consistent production of high-quality monoclonal antibodies
- Present work during various meetings
- Receive training to work autonomously
