Key Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing Sephora EU account performance and commercial strategy for K-Beauty skincare. Direct Sephora experience and commercial mindset required. Hybrid work, dog-friendly office with free drinks and snacks.
Anforderungen
- Key account management experience in beauty, retail, or trade marketing
- Direct experience with Sephora (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Sephora's retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies experience
- Stock and sales planning experience with understanding of retail performance drivers
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear actions
- Cross-functional work experience with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
- Comfortable challenging external partners and pushing initiatives forward professionally
- Demonstrated ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong sense of ownership
- Experience in fast-paced environments requiring proactivity and accountability
- French language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Manage relationship with Sephora EU
- Act as main point of contact for commercial and operational topics
- Take ownership of Sephora account performance, strategy, and execution
- Build strong relationships with Sephora buying, category, and retail teams
- Lead commercial discussions on assortment, launch plans, and promotional calendars
- Identify and drive growth opportunities proactively
- Influence Sephora stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to drive sales performance
- Ensure strong brand presence in-store and online
- Collaborate with in-store teams to enhance product visibility and customer experience
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams
- Manage forecasting and sell-through planning for optimal stock levels
- Monitor competitor activity and category trends
- Drive initiatives to completion with clear timelines and accountability
- Balance daily operations with long-term strategic development
