Key Account Manager Specialty Care (Launch Focus)(m/w/x)
Building partnerships with key decision-makers for specialty care portfolio launch. Extensive travel within Switzerland and fluent English required. Performance-based bonus, flexible working hours.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in Specialty care (RHUM, PUL, IMMU preferred)
- Success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent English and respective regional language; Italian is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers
- Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio and disease areas
- Conduct deep analysis of patient pathways
- Identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to care
- Develop comprehensive account plans for the assigned region
- Align activities with therapeutic area objectives
- Deliver measurable value for patients and the healthcare system
- Leverage adoption of the portfolio
- Use digital tools for account planning
- Engage stakeholders with CRM and Salesforce
- Track performance with Office applications
