Key Account Manager Specialty Care (Launch Focus)(m/w/x)
Driving engagement with key stakeholders for specialty care product launches in Switzerland. Extensive travel and strategic account management experience required. Performance-based bonus, home office option.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in Specialty care (RHUM, PUL, IMMU preferred)
- Success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in English and respective regional language, Italian is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland

- Drive strategic engagement with key stakeholders
- Advance business development initiatives
- Ensure readiness for future product launches
- Generate meaningful insights from market and product knowledge
- Translate insights into strategic actions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Shape the healthcare environment
- Optimize patient access
- Deliver sustainable value for customers and the organization
- Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers
- Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio and disease areas
- Conduct deep analysis of patient pathways
- Identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to care
- Develop comprehensive account plans for the assigned region
- Align activities with therapeutic area objectives
- Deliver measurable value for patients and the healthcare system
- Leverage adoption of the portfolio
- Use digital tools for account planning
- Engage stakeholders using CRM and Salesforce
- Track performance with Office applications
