- Support verification of goods receipts and service entries
- Resolve invoice mismatches with finance and suppliers
- Maintain vendor data and update records
- Initiate and track indirect procurement payment requests
- Prepare and share procurement status reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards and policies
