In this role, you will support the Head of Global PMO by managing project portfolios and enhancing reporting structures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing KPIs, scheduling stakeholder meetings, and improving project management tools to drive strategic decisions.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
• •3+ years of relevant experience within a PMO organization or project management experience
• •Advanced knowledge in data processing and analysis techniques/tools
• •Knowledge in SAP, Office365/MS Excel, and SharePoint
• •Strong interest in project/portfolio analytics and continuous improvement
• •Foundational knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, and programming skills (e.g. Python, R)
• •Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices
• •Experience in intercultural and interdisciplinary set-up
• •Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• •Ability to work under pressure to achieve short-term targets without compromising long-term objectives

Aufgaben

• •Support the Head of Global PMO in managing project portfolios
• •Analyze and track project management processes
• •Maintain and improve reporting structures and dashboards
• •Facilitate portfolio reporting for various departments within the CTO organization
• •Assist in KPI analysis, monitoring, and reporting for the CTO organization
• •Schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed
• •Help develop presentations and publish meeting minutes
• •Enhance the PMO framework and project governance structure
• •Assist project managers in following standard PM practices
• •Support development orders and project accounting control for commercial projects
• •Implement and improve project management tools and systems
• •Maintain the Global Project Management and Global PMO SharePoint page
