Aufgaben
- Support the Managing Counsel with legal matters across EU jurisdictions
- Draft and negotiate diverse contracts and service agreements
- Conduct legal research on insurance regulatory frameworks
- Prepare memoranda on Solvency II and BaFin guidance
- Assist with BaFin filings and corporate secretarial governance
- Prepare board minutes and circular resolutions
- Develop and maintain insurance product documentation
- Analyze regulations affecting product wording and operations
- Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and finance teams
- Update internal guidelines, playbooks, and process checklists
- Support digitalization and governance enhancement projects
- Participate in cross-functional international project teams
- Manage individual workstreams and project timelines independently
- Identify legal risks and propose actionable solutions
- Provide structured legal analyses and recommendations
