Aufgaben
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements
- Advise on SaaS services, data processing, employment, marketing, and sponsorship agreements
- Serve as primary legal point of contact for European operations
- Resolve day-to-day legal matters independently
- Collaborate with global legal team
- Build and maintain European legal framework
- Create localised contract templates and clause libraries
- Develop internal playbooks tailored to German and European requirements
- Leverage AI tools for legal tasks
- Deliver legal training and guidance to European teams
- Advise on data protection and privacy matters
- Focus on GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and regulatory engagement
- Localise standard-form agreements
- Implement and improve policies and procedures
- Support general European business operations
- Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects
