Aufgaben
- Engage with customers to assess their technical needs
- Identify optimal GF technical solutions for customer requirements
- Drive technical engagement to secure customer commitment
- Collaborate with customers through the design phase
- Facilitate the transition to manufacturing for customer designs
- Address and overcome barriers to adopting GF technologies
- Work cross-functionally with internal GF technical experts
- Create application-specific presentations with account managers and marketing
- Merge technical and commercial terms into winning proposals
- Identify and resolve issues to enable customer production
- Support customers in using GF self-service online systems
- Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
