Aufgaben

• •Lead technical software integrations in client environments
• •Drive product integration onto cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• •Support clients with infrastructure implementation
• •Manage and configure application deployments and upgrades
• •Configure applications based on specific client requirements
• •Participate in technical discussions regarding infrastructure changes
• •Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
• •Liaise with product development teams when necessary
• •Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
• •Track progress and manage risks for upgrades
• •Provide regular status updates on upgrade projects
• •Collaborate with internal and client teams for successful delivery
