Anforderungen
- Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles and basic knowledge of local accounting standards
- Experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and reconciliations
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify and investigate accounting discrepancies
- Structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
- Hands-on attitude, proactive, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Finance colleagues
Aufgaben
- Manage bank accounting, including booking statements, reconciliations, and investigating outstanding items
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations, aligning balances across group entities
- Support accounts receivable management, including payment reminders, overdue balance follow-up, and aging reports
- Support and provide backup for accounts payable
- Contribute to monthly and year-end closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and documentation
- Support preparation of information and documentation for external audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes
