- Proven track record servicing banking clients with complex needs
- Successful completion of applicable internal AM training programme

- Ensure accurate client relationship documentation
- Maintain high-quality account documentation
- Manage operational account tasks and system alerts
- Participate in client meetings and lead documentation discussions
- Maintain client key data with Relationship Manager
- Interact professionally with clients for account management
- Support Relationship Managers and Team Heads in client tasks
- Provide timely and precise support for client-related tasks
- Ensure operational coverage during team absences
- Create and provide customized client information and reports
