Aufgaben
- Manage account administration and documentation formalities
- Maintain high-quality client relationship documentation and legal forms
- Handle operational account management and clear system alerts
- Participate in and lead portions of client meetings
- Maintain accurate client data within CRM systems
- Interact independently with clients regarding account management
- Support Relationship Managers with systems, applications, and processes
- Provide operational coverage and client interaction during absences
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Support marketing activities and create customized client reports
- Manage calendars, business trips, and meeting post-processing
- Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
- Share research and ideas to improve team productivity
- Manage expense claim processes for the team
- Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns independently
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
- Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
- Document client interactions accurately in CRM tools
