- •Support Relationship Managers with systems, applications, and processes
- •Provide operational coverage and client interaction during absences
- •Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- •Support marketing activities and create customized client reports
- •Manage calendars, business trips, and meeting post-processing
- •Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
- •Share research and ideas to improve team productivity
- •Manage expense claim processes for the team
- •Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns independently
- •Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
- •Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
- •Document client interactions accurately in CRM tools
