As a Junior Account Executive, you will take charge of the entire sales process for complex enterprise deals, engaging with high-level stakeholders and driving strategic conversations. Anforderungen
- •1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or as a consultant, ideally enterprise business
- •Experience closing or managing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
- •Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operations-heavy environments
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- •Resilience and comfort with long sales cycles (4–10 months)
- •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- •Strong communication and storytelling skills
- •Ownership and ability to thrive in a team of high performers

Aufgaben
- •Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for complex enterprise deals
- •Engage with C-level Operations, Plant Directors, and VP-level stakeholders
- •Drive consultative sales conversations around OEE, downtime, quality, and workforce efficiency
- •Manage and expand key Fortune 500 accounts using a land & expand approach
- •Build structured deal strategies using methodologies like MEDDIC
- •Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to win complex evaluations, POCs, and ROI approvals
- •Contribute to scalable sales structures, best practices, and forecasting accuracy
