Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- •Experience closing complex, high-value deals
- •Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operations-heavy environments
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- •Resilience and comfort with long sales cycles
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong communication and storytelling skills
- •Ownership and ability to thrive in a high-performance team

- •Drive consultative sales conversations on OEE and workforce efficiency
- •Manage and expand key Fortune 500 accounts
- •Build structured deal strategies using MEDDIC methodologies
- •Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success
- •Contribute to scalable sales structures and best practices
