- Extensive Jira Data Center/Cloud administration and configuration
- Hands-on integration of third-party systems with Jira/Atlassian tools
- Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of system design, development, implementation, and operations
- Contribution to solution design and architecture (security, resilience, automation)
- Collaborative approach with commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously
- Fluency in English; working proficiency in German or Italian
- Atlassian Administrator certification
- Foundational Unix system knowledge and experience (CentOS/RHEL preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Check_MK, Fluentd, Grafana)
- Basic database knowledge, including SQL
- Experience with virtual infrastructure setup and configuration (vSphere/cloud)
Aufgaben
- Plan global Atlassian-based ticketing systems
- Design ticketing systems aligned with organizational needs
- Configure and deploy ticketing systems
- Automate and optimize existing solutions
- Enhance solutions in partnership with the development team
- Coordinate requirements from user groups and vendors
- Provide comprehensive communication to stakeholders
- Guide and train internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners and software engineers
- Work with fellow configuration specialists
- Lead cross-functional projects in complex systems
