- Resolve complex, high-touch technical incidents
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle via Intune
- Monitor device health and security compliance
- Proactively replace aging hardware
- Coordinate with vendors for high-tier repairs
- Manage Entra ID onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Maintain least-privilege access standards
- Partner on security and governance audits
- Maintain an AI-searchable knowledge base
- Document standard operating procedures for local infrastructure
