As an IT Workplace Specialist, you will ensure seamless IT operations by managing device lifecycles, enhancing the macOS environment, and addressing technical issues. Your proactive approach will help maintain system performance and improve internal support structures.

Anforderungen

• •2–5 years of experience in IT support or IT administration
• •Solid working knowledge of macOS
• •Familiarity with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle)
• •Experience supporting new joiners and leavers
• •Basic understanding of security concepts or exposure to scripting
• •Ability to diagnose and resolve issues methodically
• •Dependable and approachable personality
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Non-smoker
• •Valid work permit or Swiss passport

Aufgaben

• •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of devices
• •Provision and onboard new joiners
• •Securely offboard departing employees
• •Administer and enhance the macOS environment
• •Implement MDM standards and application deployment
• •Conduct configuration management
• •Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues
• •Perform root-cause analysis for long-term fixes
• •Maintain and improve documentation and operational runbooks
• •Monitor health and performance of end-user systems
• •Identify trends, risks, and automation opportunities
• •Efficiently manage hardware assets, including ordering and tracking
• •Oversee repairs and replacements of hardware
• •Cover on-call duties over the weekend on a rotational basis
