• Experience in networking field

• Experience managing corporate devices with ZCC
• Hands-on experience with IPSec and GRE
• Expertise in Fortinet or Checkpoint firewalls
• Experience in network traffic analysis
• Experience with Cisco technologies and ACI
• Knowledge of LAN, MAN, and WAN
• Familiarity with Python or scripting languages
• Skill in producing technical documentation

• Ensure network and proxy environment security
• Maintain stability of business-critical systems
• Oversee day-to-day network activities
• Plan network upgrades
• Manage escalations and high-impact incidents

• Review vendor contracts

• Define and enforce network standards
• Document system and network standards
• Implement proxy and security policies
• Manage URL and file filtering
• Control cloud applications and access management
• Configure and maintain Zscaler features
• Troubleshoot Zscaler incidents using log analysis
• Improve proxy and network layer performance
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support
• Configure routers, switches, and firewalls
• Install load balancers, VPNs, and QoS
• Monitor system resource utilization and trends
• Perform capacity planning for future needs
• Interface with integrators and telecom providers
• Support business-critical financial feeds
• Guarantee feed availability through proactive monitoring
