Aufgaben
- Support two Client Advisers and their clients
- Coordinate with internal departments in Geneva and Zurich
- Prepare documentation for client and prospect visits
- Process and monitor client account openings
- Support managers with KYC compliance matters
- Execute and monitor transactions, trades, and payments
- Respond to client requests and provide information
- Manage schedules for deposits and loan maturities
- Assist with preparing investment proposals
- Support marketing efforts for prospective clients
- Organize business travel and process expense reports
- Coordinate with other assistants and provide monthly reports
