- Expert on Actico Platform operation
- Knowledge in Actico Workplace & Dynamic Application Framework
- Team player and strong collaborator
- Ability to analyse complex problems and provide solutions
- Commitment to delivering high quality solutions
Aufgaben
- Manage the operating model for support levels and task sharing
- Ensure provisioning of 3rd level support
- Align with providers on IT service lifecycle planning and execution
- Continuously improve service availability and performance
- Enhance capacity and knowledge management
- Respond to audits and access rights controls
- Conduct annual risk assessments
- Manage risk mitigation actions and technical debt pipeline
- Consult stakeholders on sustainability and operation-readiness
- Provide non-functional requirements and test cases
- Validate delivery readiness with stakeholders
- Coordinate with delivery team for UAT and production deployments
- Act as gatekeeper for IT service changes
- Decide on production readiness with stakeholders
