- Experience or understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data products
- Proven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governance
- Relevant higher education and professional background within computer science
Aufgaben
- Oversee end-to-end IT service operations
- Act as the first point of contact for operations and support
- Maintain IT services and infrastructure components
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Manage seamless operations with 1st and 2nd level support, DevOps, and external providers
- Gatekeep changes in IT services and ensure IT governance compliance
- Continuously improve service quality, availability, and performance
- Contribute to the Application Owner Manager community
- Champion operations for new features and represent operational health
- Manage service and asset configuration for allocated IT services
- Ensure implementation of non-functional requirements with Application Engineers
- Coordinate transitions into test and production environments
- Measure and document software usage
- Conduct regular license compliance checks in collaboration with SAM
