- Familiarity with Java application servers, databases, and workload automation tools (AWA experience is a plus)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience in batch job support and scheduling tools (Automic AWA, Control-M, or similar)
- Experience in banking or financial services with knowledge of financial products (ideal)
- Proven ability to manage small teams or demonstrated project management skills
- Process-oriented and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operation of core banking applications
- Manage 2nd-level application support
- Process incident tickets within SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers, application service owners, and IT teams
- Communicate with business stakeholders
- Act as local administrative manager
- Take on-call duty in weekly 24/7 rotation
- Administer change requests
- Execute application-related processes
- Participate in release activities, including weekend deployments
- Contribute to operational projects
- Perform routine data cleansing
- Maintain systems
- Optimize and automate repetitive tasks
- Hand over tasks to L1 Control Center
- Update application operation documentation
- Maintain knowledge base
- Support batch job scheduling
- Monitor batch jobs using tools like Automic AWA or Control-M
