Aufgaben
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems
- Monitor IT systems and manage incidents, problems, and changes
- Manage and improve IT infrastructure, including cloud services
- Maintain a strong security environment
- Manage identity and access, network security, and vulnerability management
- Manage patching, endpoint protection, security monitoring, and incident response
- Manage end-user devices and IT assets throughout their lifecycle
- Work with technology vendors and service providers
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, policies, and procedures
- Support IT budgeting, software licensing, audits, and compliance
- Develop and deliver the Technology Operations roadmap
- Improve infrastructure and expand cloud services
- Introduce automation and continuously improve IT services
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
- Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service
