- Good proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and operational security practices
- Hands-on experience with industrial PCs, embedded systems, legacy technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Independent, structured, pragmatic working approach, strong problem-solving ability
- Fluent German and English

Aufgaben
- Provide advanced onsite support for digital workplaces.
- Support IT/OT environments, hardware, and peripherals.
- Manage industrial PCs and specialized local software.
- Support collaboration tools.
- Execute break-fix tasks.
- Perform device commissioning.
- Conduct component swaps.
- Handle warranty processing.
- Resolve onsite incidents and requests unsolvable remotely.
- Ensure stable operations across interconnected IT/OT systems.
- Perform IMACD activities for IT/OT assets.
- Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JLM) activities.
- Support asset installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Assist with asset migrations and rollouts.
- Implement general infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party specialists.
- Work with system integrators and central support teams.
- Coordinate onsite interventions.
- Maintain clear communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset management.
- Manage special peripherals and local systems.
- Update CMDB entries and solution inventories.
- Ensure high-quality ITSM ticket handling in ServiceNow.
