- Support and optimize IT infrastructure
- Manage hardware and software
- Provide technical support
- Collaborate with business teams
- Procure and configure company laptops
- Maintain company devices
- Manage asset register and VPN infrastructure
- Coordinate with Facilities Manager
- Set up and maintain MDM solutions
- Implement BitLocker/FileVault encryption
- Manage application allowlisting
- Enforce endpoint compliance policies
- Operate identity and access management platform
- Handle automated provisioning and deprovisioning
- Manage approval flows
- Send tooling-owner notifications
- Coordinate with People on device retrieval
- Reconcile assets in HiBob
- Manage IT vendor relationships
- Oversee legal and IT compliance
- Track licence and contract renewals
- Verify vendor data protection
- Own ISO 27001 technical controls
- Maintain audit evidence
- Coordinate with CISO on GDPR/DSG processes
- Manage IT-related incident response
- Ensure compliance with IT policies
- Provide technical training and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Evaluate and recommend new tools
- Roll out new software and hardware
- Support IT project management
