- Ability to work independently and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication with specialists from different technical domains
- Capacity to document and report on technical activities and project progress
- Spoken and written English, with commitment to learn French
- National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Professional background in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree with 2 to 6 years post-graduation professional experience
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
Aufgaben
- Lead technical coordination of ISOLDE Offline Facilities consolidation
- Manage day-to-day operations of ISOLDE Offline Facilities consolidation
- Coordinate activities between internal technical services and teams
- Follow project schedules and technical interfaces
- Manage procurement activities and installation planning
- Organize technical meetings and track actions
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CERN safety regulations
- Prepare technical specifications and installation documentation
- Prepare project reports
- Support integration of upgraded beam delivery infrastructure
- Support integration of upgraded target production infrastructure
- Support commissioning of upgraded beam delivery infrastructure
- Support commissioning of upgraded target production infrastructure
- Contribute to system testing and acceptance
- Work closely with physicists, engineers, and technicians
- Participate in commissioning of upgraded systems
