Aufgaben
- Contribute to feasibility studies, requirements definition, and preliminary design.
- Coordinate design services, ensuring integration of architectural, structural, civil, building services, and specialist equipment.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to define needs, manage interfaces, and present solutions.
- Contribute to preparing tender documents, bid evaluations, and appointing designers and contractors.
- Follow up construction works on site, checking compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety measures.
- Monitor progress, quantities, costs, risks, and schedules.
- Contribute to payment certification, change management, and project reporting.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, taking-over, and handover activities.
- Follow up defects and outstanding works through to closure.
