Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
  • MBA or CFA advantageous but not mandatory
  • Full written and spoken professional German & English proficiency
  • Understanding of private markets and portfolio construction principles
  • Commercial mindset with track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
  • Proficiency in portfolio planning and cash flow management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environment

Aufgaben

  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth investors
  • Deliver best-in-class client experience to investors
  • Provide insights and guidance on private markets investments
  • Support private equity fundraising initiatives
  • Execute investor outreach and follow-ups
  • Manage private equity fundraising pipeline
  • Conduct proactive portfolio reviews
  • Identify portfolio optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell
  • Prepare high-quality client materials
  • Create investment memos and reports
  • Update client portfolios and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams
