- Coordinate dataroom activities using P3-Tools
- Monitor and report transaction progress
- Drive transactions to completion
- Gather and analyze market comparables and reports
- Conduct market research and site tours
- Collect market intelligence
- Prepare non-binding offer letters and letters of intent
- Create offering memoranda and deal presentations
- Develop transaction documentation
- Generate cash flow projections
- Prepare internal committee approval materials
