- Model and review transactions
- Execute acquisitions and sales
- Manage financial models for underwriting
- Prepare memorandums and presentations
- Present recommendations to internal teams
- Support due diligence processes
- Assist in investment negotiations
- Draft transaction documentation
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Attend and contribute to meetings
- Build a professional real estate network
- Conduct regular investment reporting
- Organize global investment forums
- Drive new business development
- Conduct market research
- Prepare investment strategy papers
- Support financing activities
- Collaborate in a dynamic, international team
