- Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and ML
- Familiarity with chromatography (capture and anionic chromatography, SEC-HPLC)
- Familiarity with tools (CADET/Scikit or MATLAB)
- Experience with gPROMS/Dynochem and DoE (JMP) is a plus
- Comfortable with wet-lab work
- Comfortable integrating experimental data with models
- Analytical and methodical
- Autonomous
- Able to clearly communicate modeling results
- Proficient in English
Aufgaben
- Develop predictive mechanistic/hybrid models
- Refine models for downstream chromatography
- Translate experimental data into modeling parameters
- Validate model predictions
- Design robotic-scale/AKTA scale experiments
- Calibrate membrane chromatography models
- Run experiments to validate models
- Document modeling approaches and assumptions
- Present validation results to teams
