- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across functions
- Fluent German
- English language skills (plus)
- Meeting most but not all qualifications
Aufgaben
- Collect and structure existing data sources and metrics
- Formulate and prioritize relevant KPIs for each funnel phase
- Develop a conceptual design for the Roche Young Talent Funnel Cockpit
- Visualize key metrics, conversion rates, and funnel transitions
- Create a cross-functional data dictionary for central KPIs
- Support the harmonization of KPIs across departments
- Develop a simple proof of concept in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Design suitable filter logic for different target groups
