- Build a prioritization matrix for sustainability actions
- Identify high-impact areas for Roche’s sustainability goals
- Compare the current product basket
- Derive concrete recommendations for improvement
- Develop guidelines for regional procurement
- Support creation of sustainable and healthy choice nudges
- Contribute to the Tavero F&B Charter’s evidence base
