- Relevant degree program enrollment (Computer Science, IT, or related)
- Foundational cloud computing knowledge (Microsoft Azure)
- Basic understanding of on-premises infrastructure
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (plus)
- Exposure to networking and virtualization (advantageous)
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
- Interest/experience with IaC tools and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluent English; French/German knowledge is an asset
Aufgaben
- Support cloud environment deployment and configuration
- Maintain cloud services for performance, security, and availability
- Assist with on-premises server configuration and network troubleshooting
- Support hardware maintenance and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications like Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Document cloud and on-premises processes and configurations
- Participate in basic automation and scripting tasks
- Use PowerShell or Azure Automation for tasks
- Gain exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Support automated and repeatable infrastructure deployments
- Collaborate across teams to improve deployment processes
- Enhance infrastructure reliability with a DevOps mindset
- Support security best practices and compliance efforts
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
