- First SCM experience preferred
- Strong interest in digital tools and process optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- German and French are an asset
Aufgaben
- Ensure contracts are current and accurate in digital tool
- Upload and organize missing documentation
- Monitor contractual obligations and conditions
- Assist in transitioning to SharePoint for collaboration
- Contribute to task automation using Excel macros
- Create and maintain contract records in SAP ERP
- Conduct market benchmarks for materials and services
- Launch Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Analyze RFQ responses for price, quality, and lead times
- Support supplier negotiations
- Design and implement new KPIs for transparency
- Analyze existing data for KPI framework
- Define meaningful KPIs and set targets
- Structure performance framework for data-driven decisions
