- Set clear KPIs and measures of effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement on strategic priorities
- Partner with Corporate officers and businesses for transformation initiatives
- Support leadership visibility and communication impact measurement
- Ensure communication excellence, relevance, and consistency
- Lead employee engagement initiatives on key topics
- Strengthen employee understanding, engagement, motivation, and inspiration
- Act as a strategic communications partner to Corporate functions
- Support internal communications efforts for Legal & Integrity, Finance, and HR
- Develop and deliver leadership messages
- Lead internal communications for transformation and change initiatives
- Help employees understand business priorities and impacts
- Use data and analytics to measure communication impact
- Continuously improve communication channels, tools, and processes
- Ensure reach, relevance, and consistency of communications
