  • •Automate deliverables using Excel, Power BI, and Qualizer
  • •Draft and update standard operating procedures
  • •Attend meetings and training to share team knowledge
  • •Assist QC-Project Leads with process compliance
  • •Identify and address issues proactively with lead support
