Anforderungen
- Open, imaginative, and creative thinking

- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Recent graduate (last year) in Engineering or Commerce or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- E-commerce CMS tool experience is a plus
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of French is an asset
- Highly computer-literate
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge
- Data visualization tool knowledge is a plus (PowerBI or other)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
Aufgaben
- Showcase and update products on the IATA Store
- Understand the Store setup to assist with new product additions
- Serve as the point of contact for product managers and the Senior e-commerce Operations Manager
- Act as a proxy product owner to answer functional questions
- Suggest improvements to Store product pages
- Perform acceptance testing for monthly feature releases
- Monitor e-commerce pages proactively to identify product issues
- Report on Store performance and proactive monitoring using PowerBI or other tools
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Store Operations Manager
