Aufgaben
- Develop base and style patterns using CAD and 3D
- Create and maintain base patterns for consistent fit and brand silhouette
- Ensure base patterns align with brand fit philosophy and ergonomic movement
- Maintain and update the base pattern library in CAD and PLM systems
- Define and optimize grading rules for all product categories
- Document grading logic in PLM for consistent application
- Identify and resolve fit issues with precise pattern corrections
- Guarantee fit consistency across all collections through fit governance
- Provide expert support on pattern, construction, and fit topics
- Collaborate with headquarters to align fit standards and processes
- Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, and Material teams
- Create accurate 3D product simulations for virtual validation
- Organize and support fit meetings, proto reviews, and sample evaluations
- Manage fit models, including booking, measurements, and fit alignment
