  • •Refine and improve bi-monthly forecast accuracy
  • •Streamline and optimize commercial processes
  • •Lead bid proposals and update commercial terms
  • •Coordinate risk reviews with the Controlling department
  • •Support the annual budgeting process
  • •Train Asian countries on controlling topics
  • •Ensure global data quality in SAP BW
  • •Train the organization on reporting standards
  • •Drive continuous improvement within the controlling organization
  • •Coordinate the global division-level budgeting process
  • •Manage strategic group-level projects
