- Act as global insights and forecasting thought partner
- Drive and influence global strategies
- Integrate and analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Lead customer and market-centric insights generation
- Embed customer voice in all strategies
- Deliver market valuations and product/portfolio forecasts
- Provide situation analysis for portfolio performance
- Track portfolio performance
- Integrate data from multiple sources
- Understand and predict market evolution
- Predict customer attitudes, needs, behaviors, and perceptions
- Plan, organize, and oversee insights and analytics projects
- Ensure projects address business questions
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Medical Affairs teams
- Collaborate with critical must-win markets
- Ensure accountability across partners
- Identify and onboard external insights agency partners
- Maintain relationships with agency partners
- Utilize innovative tools including AI
