- Extensive experience leading implementation of tech enablement / AI solutions for biopharma Primary Market Research, secondary research and/or forecasting deliverables
- Innovation driver: developing, generating buy-in, piloting innovative solutions or novel tools/systems
- Ability to generate new ideas/approaches addressing business needs
- Drive creation/adoption of best practices
- Translating high-level intent into actionable roadmaps
- Leading initiatives confidently through uncertainty and resistance
- Track record of transformation impact at department/functional or organizational level
- Strategic problem solver: critical thinker navigating TA, portfolio, enterprise complexities
- Ability to translate research/analysis into concise, compelling business recommendations
- Proven ability to connect disparate data points for strategic narrative
- Influential collaborator: shaping commercialization strategies by influencing senior stakeholders
- Expert at bridging various functional and geographic groups
- Building strong partnerships
