Integrated Insights Business Partner(m/w/x)
Developing proactive, hypothesis-driven insights for pharmaceutical brand strategies. Deep expertise in market research and business analytics required. Partnering with senior leaders to translate data into actionable business stories.
Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Data Science or related quantitative/analytical field, or Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience
- Proven experience in Integrated Insights, market research, business analytics, commercial strategy or applied data science roles within pharmaceuticals, biotech or healthcare
- Deep and broad expertise across core Insights & Analytics domains: business analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting and segmentation
- Ability to turn data into business stories, identify "so what" behind data, and influence senior level decisions
- Hypothesis-driven mindset: starts from business question, not data; asks better questions than brief
- Ability to challenge senior business leaders constructively, with strong desire for collaboration and constructive problem-solving
- Strong strategic, creative and integrative thinking, complemented with hands-on analytical capability
Aufgaben
- Partner with TA Heads, Sales Heads, brand teams, and V&A leads as a trusted advisor
- Translate TA, brand, and access strategies into a clear insight agenda
- Move from reactive reporting to proactive, hypothesis-driven insights
- Consolidate insight needs across stakeholders, ensuring a unified agenda
- Challenge senior leaders constructively and bring intellectual honesty to results
- Own the analytical narrative across performance dashboards for assigned TA(s)/V&A
- Define and evolve KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with stakeholders
- Build ad-hoc analytical views and bespoke PowerBI dashboards as needed
- Validate analytical integrity and accuracy of enterprise dashboards
- Use dashboards to interpret trends and turn numbers into clear narratives
- Integrate internal KPIs with external data sources for holistic views
- Act as the local single point of contact for secondary data and insights
- Prepare and maintain market assumptions and definitions for forecasting
- Build and run quantitative forecasting models in Python or equivalent
- Conduct product lifecycle analyses for assigned brands
- Quantify the relationship between commercial activity and business outcomes
- Monitor product launches for early performance signs
- Provide inputs for Field Incentives and OpEx Manager
- Plan and execute primary and secondary market research
- Coordinate external data acquisition for Commercial and V&A needs
- Ensure reuse of existing research to avoid duplication
- Facilitate internationally driven primary market research
- Leverage AI for insight generation and data synthesis
- Execute payer market research and access-oriented studies
- Maintain compliance with market research standards
- Partner with the DAP Manager on shared analytical topics
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Support sales force effectiveness decisions with insights
- Coordinate with V&A and Medical Affairs on insight needs
- Support data literacy across the organization
- Maintain alignment with global Integrated Insights frameworks
