- Proven pharmaceutical industry experience in Customer Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Capability Building, Marketing Operations, or transformation roles
- Previous sales and marketing leadership experience is a significant advantage; Medical and V&A experience is a plus
- Strong process design, governance, and execution excellence capabilities
- Proven experience in capability needs assessment, curriculum deployment, and learning effectiveness measurement
- Experience leading diverse teams and influencing in a matrix environment

Aufgaben
- Orchestrate standard ICE ways of working
- Sustain ICE governance, roles, and processes
- Coordinate country ICE deployment plans
- Align ICE plans with business cycles and international guidance
- Embed ICE KPIs and insights into local performance discussions
- Localize and operationalize the IPEx framework
- Ensure compliant collaboration across functions
- Track ICE and IPEx adoption and quality
- Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement
- Plan and execute ICE and IPEx upskilling trainings
- Represent the country in international ICE forums
- Provide structured updates and best practices
- Ensure actionable visibility on ICE and IPEx performance
- Lead country capability building strategy
- Translate business priorities into role-based capabilities
- Conduct continuous capability needs assessment
- Prioritize and orchestrate capability initiatives
- Manage end-to-end learning journeys
- Monitor capability adoption and effectiveness
- Adjust roadmaps based on insights
- Embed skills into routines and governance
- Provide line management to Content Activation Managers
- Lead Congresses & Events
- Ensure consistent execution standards
- Enable autonomy in day-to-day execution
- Align content activation with customer journeys
- Partner for actionable dashboards
- Lead root-cause analysis and problem solving
- Capture and share best practices
