- Participate in planning and designing work systems
- Collect necessary data for work system control
- Plan and implement time and process analyses using lean tools
- Optimize production by standardizing processes according to lean principles
- Analyze and eliminate bottlenecks using the Theory of Constraints
- Balance production lines with Yamazumi and percentage load charts
- Visualize and create key production figures
- Identify disruptions in the production process
- Improve working procedures, methods, and conditions
- Collaborate with project members on capacity planning and process improvements
- Support the calculation of production costs for product costing
- Clarify process-related challenges in production
- Manage projects in the field of industrial engineering
