Aufgaben
- Plan and provision materials based on demand and timelines
- Ensure material availability according to customer orders and production plans
- Monitor and control inventory levels using MIN/MAX parameters
- Initiate actions to reduce inventory while maintaining delivery capability
- Continuously monitor stock levels, coverage, and material movements
- Plan and control production on time in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Optimize production planning considering capacities, priorities, and material availability
- Manage orders, including confirming and maintaining delivery dates in the ERP system
- Communicate and coordinate closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, customer service, and shipping
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory records
- Identify and resolve material shortages, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain planning-relevant master data within the ERP system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of material planning and scheduling processes
