Anforderungen

  • •Degree in relevant field or 5 years relevant experience
  • •Experience in HSE systems and cGMP or regulated environments
  • •Experience building injury-free cultures and HSE compliance knowledge
  • •Ideal training and certification in radiation safety
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Skills in Auditing, Change Control, and Risk Management
  • •Knowledge of CAPAs, GMP, GDP, and RCA
  • •Leadership and training skills

Aufgaben

  • •Lead the site leadership team in creating an injury-free work environment
  • •Protect employees from radiation and other workplace hazards
  • •Implement the company's defined HSE roadmap across all site functions
  • •Act as the site's subject matter expert for radiation safety
  • •Manage radioactive materials from raw materials to waste disposal
  • •Ensure strict adherence to environmental and emergency management standards
  • •Coordinate timely applications and renewals for all HSE permits
  • •Support regulatory inspections and audits to ensure continuous operations
  • •Serve as the designated site Radiation Safety Officer
  • •Develop project-specific HSE strategies and select competent team members
  • •Verify the HSE competency of internal and external resources
  • •Ensure all external contractors have comprehensive HSE plans
  • •Design site-specific HSE by Design procedures with leadership
  • •Align project hazard potential with site and project management
