  • Minimum 5 years experience in international/matrix organization with generalist HR tasks
  • Good expertise in Swiss labour law

  • Manage HR processes for Line Managers and employees
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and development
  • Handle compensation and benefits, labour relations
  • Administer personnel and ensure internal communication
  • Advise managers and employees on HR processes
  • Guide managers in leadership and conflict resolution
  • Identify business needs and communicate to HR team
  • Support and prioritize change processes
  • Participate in global HR projects
  • Develop and implement local Global HR processes
  • Support Alpiq change processes
  • Handle other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group
